These terms cover purchases and use of NY Field Guide.

Your purchase

A guide is a one-time digital purchase for personal use. Once purchased, your access to that guide does not expire, and every future revision of that guide is included at no additional charge. Access is tied to the email address entered during checkout.

Using the guide

You may use the guide for your own planning and share individual recommendations with friends. You may not republish, resell, scrape or distribute the guide as a competing collection or service.

Changing information

Venues, trails, hours, prices, conditions and accessibility details can change without notice. Check time-sensitive details with the venue or relevant authority before making a trip. The guide is editorial information, not a guarantee that a place is open, available or suitable for every visitor.

Payments and access

Payments go through secure checkout. Keep access to the email address you use there; it is your passwordless login identity. If a purchase is confirmed but the guide does not open, email [email protected] with the purchase date and guide name. Never send card details by email.
