Constitution Marsh is 270 tidal acres on the Hudson's eastern shore, just south of Cold Spring. Managed by Audubon New York as an Important Bird Area and state Bird Conservation Area, it draws great blue herons, egrets, marsh wrens, and waves of migratory songbirds. Spring and fall are prime birding seasons here.
