Golden Harvest has been a family farm and roadside market on Route 9 in Valatie for more than 60 years, open daily year-round from 8am to 6pm. The farm grows apples above all, and the cider donuts fried fresh most mornings draw many visitors for the first time. Beyond the donuts, there's apple and peach pies, turnovers, fresh-pressed cider, jams, and honey, plus produce and local goods from around the valley.
The donuts and best-looking pies sell out quickly, especially on weekend mornings; arrive early if you want to catch them.
