Cedar Heights Orchards in Rhinebeck commands views of the Catskills. Dr. Davies Farm in Congers has occupied the same 65 acres since 1891, and you'll find a corn maze and warm cider donuts alongside the apple trees. Fishkill Farms in Hopewell Junction opens pick-your-own slots from June strawberries through October apples. For serious pumpkin season, Barton Orchards in Poughquag spreads across 122 acres with a five-acre corn maze, petting zoo, and tap room. Cider donuts, heirloom varieties, October apples.
