When Joseph Gilbert opened Chatham Berry Farm as a produce stand in 1982, he set it up on a stretch of Route 203 that his family still works. Located in eastern Columbia County roughly 30 minutes from Hudson, the operation has grown into a full destination: part grocery store, part butcher, part garden center, part seasonal cidery. The farm store is open 8am to 6pm daily, 364 days a year (closed only Christmas).
