Charles Baker Wright started this as a dairy operation in 1904; the family didn't switch it over to apples until the late 1950s, and six generations later it has grown to 453 acres. The roadside farm stand is open year-round and worth a stop even outside apple season. They make cider donuts fresh, plus pies, cookies, fruit breads, and preserves made from the property's own fruit. The jam line started with a fourth-generation Wright who began canning apples that didn't sell quickly enough.
