The tasting room and visitor center occupy a grist mill built in 1788, restored to hold a bar and shop without losing the exposed beams and stone foundation. Thirty-plus acres stretch along the Shawangunk Kill in the shadow of the ridge, close enough to Route 209 that you'd never guess how quiet it gets once you're past the parking lot.
