Phoenicia Farmers Market runs year-round: outdoors at Parish Field summers, indoors at Pine Hill Community Center winters, right at the Tanbark Trail.
From May through October it's outdoors at Parish Field, right at the Tanbark Trail trailhead, from 10 to 2. Hikers often swing by before or after a loop, produce bag in one hand and trekking poles in the other. Come November, the market moves indoors to Pine Hill Community Center through April, opening Sundays 12 to 4, and skips only Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and Easter weekends.
Shandaken Wildcrafters and Growers Network, the local nonprofit running it, draws from the same pool of Catskills farmers and makers in both locations.
