Crossroads Brewing's Catskill location at 201 Water Street became Return Outpost in 2024, and the transition brought a significant change: food. Return Brewing, the Hudson brewery that had been using Crossroads' equipment here while its own Hudson facility finished construction, bought the building outright. For years, if you wanted a full dinner with your beer at this spot, you brought it yourself or waited for the seasonal food truck. Return added a bar-bites menu, so now you can settle in for an evening with a proper meal without that logistical puzzle.
