Traghaven in Tivoli stocks seventy Irish whiskeys behind the bar and grills burgers from owner Gerard Hurley's own farm, with the whiskey list deep.
Gerard Hurley left West Cork at seventeen and worked The Black Swan in this Broadway storefront from 2001 to 2004 before stepping back to make films in Ireland. Years later he returned and reopened the room as Traghaven, bringing back the whiskeys he grew up on and the beef from cattle he raises outside town.
The bar stocks roughly seventy Irish whiskeys plus a private reserve, with Clontarf, West Cork Whiskey, and Jameson's just the entry point. Regulars come in to work through a flight rather than a single pour.
