Manor Rock in Hudson simplified: kanzuri-spiced braised pork and charcuterie from the same Taghkanic farm, now by the glass or plate.
Manor Rock closed its Warren Street dining room on January 31, 2026, after a little over a year of fine-dining service, then reopened this summer leaner. Chef-owner Zack Nussdorf, who runs the restaurant alongside Manor Rock Farm in Taghkanic with partner Ivy Nallo, stripped out the white tablecloths, shortened the menu, and cut prices. The kitchen now runs on two people: Nussdorf and executive sous chef Akeem Cooper-Smith, with one more cook joining partway through summer. It's a fraction of the brigade that opened the place in 2024.
