Paul's Hyde Park Farmers' Market has been running for more than two decades now, still parked on the same stretch of Albany Post Road (Route 9) directly across from Town Hall. It's named for Paul Chenevert, who still handles vendor questions and market logistics himself. The lineup stays practical: produce growers, meat and egg farms, a couple of Italian specialty stands, bakers selling bread and bagels, and a few prepared-food and drink vendors. Saturdays only, 9 AM to 2 PM, June through October, run by the Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce on a schedule that doesn't move.
