Ray and Kim, friends and owners, carved out a 27-room hotel from what had been the Warren Inn Motel, a forty-year fixture on Warren Street. The building itself has deeper history: it started as a movie house in 1928 and ran films until 1958. The original marquee still hangs low over the sidewalk out front; it's the easiest way to spot the place from a block away.
The ground-floor tavern operates independently, welcoming walk-ins and hotel guests with equal ease.
