Two Way Brewing in Beacon, three blocks from the station, makes Confusion Saison with house yeast from wild raspberries; pool and trivia on site.
Michael O'Herron founded Two Way Brewing in 2014 with the belief that Hudson Valley water, grain, and orchard fruit could carry serious beer. The name comes from the "two way" Hudson itself, the estuary where fresh water and tidal salt mix. The taproom sits on West Main Street, an easy three-block walk from the Beacon train station, with the brewhouse right next to the bar.
