Melzingah Tap House in Beacon rotates 23 beers and serves truffle parmesan fries and lamb tacos, with a patio near the Main Street falls.
Melzingah fills a long, exposed-brick room with timber beams. The walls are covered in loose, colorful murals that keep the place from feeling like a beer-nerd shrine. Twenty-three taps rotate through the bar, backed by a cocktail list and bottles that go well beyond the usual macro lagers. The kitchen treats the beer program as a partner instead of playing backup to it.
