The Wild sits at Main and Schenck, on a corner that had been empty for years before the team behind Kitchen & Coffee built here. Big windows and exposed brick nod to Beacon's old factory buildings.
Every dish is gluten-free and vegetarian-leaning, filled out with local meats and sustainable seafood rather than centered on them. Produce comes largely from Titusville Farm, the team's property in Poughkeepsie, the same farm that supplies their sister restaurant down the street.
