Warwick Valley makes Doc's Cider (1994 original), estate wines, and Black Dirt Bourbon, the first bourbon distilled in New York since Prohibition.
Warwick Valley has been building this property since 1990 across 120 acres. Three drinks come from the same ground: Doc's Cider (the original New York hard cider, born in 1994), estate wines, and Black Dirt Bourbon (the first bourbon distilled in New York since Prohibition). The on-site farm-to-table cafe runs on produce from their own garden, local meats, and bread baked in-house, so a tasting can easily become a full meal without leaving the property.
Apple-picking season runs late August through mid-November across more than 60 varieties, and it's the busiest stretch of the year.
