My Tokyo on Tarrytown's Main Street serves thick nigiri and kimchi-shrimp-bacon yakisoba. BYOB and fairly priced for the fish.
My Tokyo is a small sushi counter on Main Street, run by Chef Cha, whose rigorous training shows in thick nigiri and sashimi slices where you taste the fish quality. Beyond raw fish, the kitchen turns out cooked dishes: gyoza, karaage fried chicken, teriyaki plates, and a kimchi yakisoba with kimchi, shrimp, bacon, cabbage, and mushroom. When the dirty avocado roll is on the menu, regulars order it first.
The dining room seats maybe a dozen tables, kept plain so the food is the focus.
