Ron's has scooped ice cream across from Beacon Memorial Park for more than 25 years, and the flavor board turns over often enough that regulars check it every visit. Crazy Vanilla swirls three or four vanilla bases together; Blue Panda folds crushed cookies and raw cookie dough into a vanilla base; whatever's up as the seasonal flavor in October won't still be there in December. The counter also serves soft serve, milkshakes, sherbet, and flurries, with scoops generous enough that a small cone comes stacked.
The shop also runs a short grill menu: burgers, hot dogs, and fries.
