Rough Cut is the brewery at the foot of the Shawangunk Ridge, close enough to the Trapps and Near Trapps that climbers walk in with chalk still on their hands. The brewhouse makes its own beer on site. The taps rotate with the season, so ask what's pouring rather than relying on memory from your last visit.
The menu centers on the Oklahoma smash burger (thin patties griddled with onions pressed into the meat), but the kitchen also turns out fried Brussels sprouts, blistered shishitos, and wings in house BBQ sauce.
