Story Screen Beacon is Beacon's restored 1930s movie palace with three screens, real-butter popcorn, and a Wonder Bar next door for cocktails.
This is still a three-screen room inside Beacon's restored 1930s Art Deco theater: an eighty-some-seat main house for first-run titles, a smaller room around twenty-five seats for smaller and stranger picks, and a third, smallest space that runs live comedy and events between screenings. Popcorn is popped fresh with real butter, and the concession counter pours local craft beer, wine, and spirits if you want a drink at your seat instead of next door.
