Cafe Silvia sits inside the Robert Olnick Pavilion at Magazzino, the museum built around Giorgio and Nancy Olnick Spanu's postwar and contemporary Italian art collection. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a terrace overlook the cultivated gardens and, on the hill above, the paddock where endangered Sardinian donkeys, Spanu's own nod to the island he's from, graze in view of anyone eating lunch.
