Everything here cooks to order: expect a 10-15 minute wait, or a line if you arrive for weekend brunch. That's because Aimee builds each plate from French crepe technique she refined through a decade in Hawaii. That fluency carries through ham-and-cheese and Nutella versions, and the Aloha Berry and Huli Huli Pork crepes, which appear in regular rotation.
