We've been coming to Angelina's for its no-nonsense New York-style pizza: thin, foldable crust with a blistered bottom, nothing like the Neapolitan trend at newer Hudson Valley places. Round pies and Grandma-style sheet pizza both land well here, the toppings balanced instead of piled on.
Beyond pizza, there's a full Italian-American menu: chicken parmigiana, eggplant dishes, the kind of red-sauce cooking most regulars grew up on. The room itself is industrial, all exposed brick and clean lines, with booths that fit groups well.
