The Riverview has sat on the same stretch of Hudson riverbank since 1989, a squat brick building with a patio that looks straight across the water at Storm King and the Palisades. One of the few tables in Cold Spring sits at river level instead of looking down at it from Main Street. Inside: exposed brick, low light, booths built for a two-hour dinner rather than a fast turnover.
