Zeus splits into two spaces with entirely different moods: a loud, brick-walled ground floor built around the brewhouse, and a rooftop that turns into the best seat in downtown Poughkeepsie once the weather cooperates. The beer list turns over constantly: pilsners and lagers sit next to sours and stouts, so the flight is never quite the same twice.
