Boice Bros. has scooped in Kingston since Pratt and Harriett Boice opened it in 1914 as an offshoot of the family dairy. The dairy still supplies hormone- and antibiotic-free milk and cream to retailers across the Hudson Valley today. The shop calls itself The Milk House, and every scoop comes from the family's own cows.
