Brunette occupies a tiny storefront in Kingston's historic Rondout waterfront district. The space is tightly designed: floral wallpaper, bistro tables, candlelight, nothing wasted. When Maxwell Botwick and Jessie Harris took over the bar in 2020, they kept what worked. The pastel color scheme and fresh flowers stayed.
