When Doris Choi and Craig Leonard opened Good Night in 2021, they let Silvia's success give them room to try something looser: a Southeast Asian-leaning menu that dips into Vietnamese, Korean, and French technique depending on what's in season. The dining room glows with vintage 1960s and '70s lighting and antique pieces picked up across Europe. The accumulated detail makes the place feel lived-in despite its youth.
