Rosanna Rauch's Urban Fork in Kingston puts the Crack Sauce from her famous food truck on fried chicken sandwiches. Expect a wait on Sunday mornings.
Urban Fork started as a food truck that Rosanna Rauch ran for almost two years, mostly serving the late-night Uptown Kingston crowd, and won festival awards for chicken wings made with her homemade Crack Sauce. The truck became a restaurant on Wall Street once she found a space to rent in Uptown.
The menu is comfort food with real intention. The What the Cluck sandwich, crispy fried chicken plus that same Crack Sauce, is the thing people specifically drive back for, alongside a Nashville Hot version and the Mac Daddy.
